It's more like a certainty. Check who the writer and artist is for SI: Dark Reign and then compare with the same ones for the Illuminaughty preview. :)

White Birdy looks to be Alternate Uni. Though you’d think that being Phoenix, she’d have no need for allies, or problems dealing with a bruiser.

Also, that Cable cover looks amazingly copy-pasted.
