There is no conflict for Emma with Kitty Pryde gone, and the dynamic between her and Cyclops seems to sidestep any mention of Jean Grey...I get that you move on, but from Emma turning into Jean (SUCH AN AWESOME WTF MOMENT) to this is a sharp turn. Also, uh, WHERE IS COLOSUS? I also dont like the drawing of the new guy, though I'll give Ellis credit, Ghostbox #2 was well done and Clayton Crain is a fantastic artist, right there with Cassady and Ross.
