Uncanny X-Men #513 BW Preview

Am I the only one who is finding it sooo odd that as a member of Dark X-Men they have her looking so far away from how she’s always appeared, covering far more skin then normal and wearing all black?
I think one of the only times we have seen her wearing anything but all white, post White Queen days, is way back when they had the Phalanx attack. She had on some lime green body suit. Though I can’t remember if that was in the comic or just on the cover of that issue that had Sabertooth and a bunch of phony phalanx X-Men.
Her clothes reminds me of that issue where she had the nightmare. Where she touched that small black spot in the white room and it was taking her over like a Venom symbiote, but only covered her clothes and hair. It really seemed to scare her.
This new look is so over the top it really makes me hope that in the end things work out for her in the best. I’d hate to see my favorite character suffer for doing what she thinks is right. I’m not fully informed of the motivations of of all these characters, but it appears that Emma is the only one who is acting through unselfish means. Even Cloak and Dagger are joining just to clear their criminal record. Not like Scotts been acting like a boy scout either.
