Another chance for Emma Frost in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2?

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2Hero HQ Forums updated their Twitter statuses on their forum. Marvelover1 posts this:

I’d say that’s a little bit hopeful, at least more so considering the character reveals recently. At least she has a slight chance to be downloadable content.

    Does it really matter much which characters they use in the game? I haven’t been playing video games for ages so I don’t know how they are these days.

    Would she be recognizable if she were there? And not just in looks, but also in personality and other characteristics. Would there be some character and plot development during the game, or is just one “mission” after another?

    If course extra exposure is always good, so for that reason alone I would like her in the game even if I probably wouldn’t play it.

    I’m seriously disappointed with this game. Emma should be in. But instead of that they put a lot of characters that was a failure in the first game. And new ones that I honestly never really care.

    Many people in the official forums, thinks that she will be a DLC, also she was one of the most popular choices in the forum and one of the most wanted too. So probably yes, she will be as DLC.

    After all the sh*t that they have made with her in recent months, Marvel has a huge debt with her fans :P

    I don’t think she will be in the game. She should have been. She is currently an important character in the MU and was featured in Civil War, where Gambit and Jean were not. There is one slot left and because her and Jean have similar powers I doubt it will be her.

    ugh bloody hell, why in gods name is Jean in this and not Emma?? I know Jean has more powers but it would be more interesting to see Emmas powers used more in a different way, and right now she is the most popular X man. Oh well luckily I dont play video games anymore

    I’d say there is a good chance her to be in the game in SOME capacity.

    For those who haven’t played the original MUA, there was a huge amount of non-playable characters who you could interact with and talk to, and some even helped you with missions.

    It seems like that could be done with Emma. And I can see why they would use Jean. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say she’s the one with more media presence.

    I’m going to buy for MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 3. The Hellfire Club they are : Selene, Emma Frost, Sebastian Shaw, Banshee, Havok,Donald Pierce,Harry Leland.

    and I also need to buy some playable characters, I also agree and I believe strongly There are : Dark Phoenix, Mystique, Scaret Switch, Polaris, Magneto, Professor Charles Xavier, Gambit,Bishop,Toad,Sabretooth,Quicksilver,Juggernaut,Avalanche,Angel,Apocalypse,Pyro,Beast,Colossus,and Nightcwaler .
    From above I’m going to buy them for MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 3 and for PS Universe, PS3, PS2, PSP,Wii etc.

    Emma would be such a fun character! She should be able to use her diamond form like Invisible Woman uses invisibility. It takes no power and lasts forever, but goes away at the use of other powers. And her telepathic power could be great for offense and defense. I also think although she can’t deliberatley use it, adding telekinesis would be really fun. It’s a little late to put her in Ultimate Alliance 2 (She’d just be a rip off Jean Grey and Psylocke, being another psychic) but should definatley be in a 3rd.

    I personally don’t think that any form of Jean Grey or the Phoenix should be involved in upcomming games. She was a huge part of the comics but, for now, her time is up. Emma runs the show now (:
