I think maybe Scott and Emma are backing each other up to some degree. Otherwise, scott knows Norman wouldn't try to kill him for risk of losing emma, who I think has leverage on Osborn. Unless he has someone on the inside, ready to strike when the time comes. Fraction almost confirms this with the way he went on about how foolish Hellion was to rush into attacking. Following those rules. Scott was foolish for rushing in there alone. That is unless Scott had already set things in motion, and there is nothing that Osborn can do to stop it. There is also the fact that at SDCC everyone was so hush about Utopia and Emma. That speaks to a change in the status quo. Meaning, if Emma looks as if she's on the bad guys side. Soon she will make a sudden switch. Otherwise, why be so protective of the events? Sometimes the things people don't say can be very telling.
