The rumour of Emma Frost in Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is strong again. I really hope she’ll be on this game, if it’s not on the official roster maybe she could be as DLC.

I want her on that game !!!

This list is fake! They already announced that no members of the fantastic 4 would take part of this game.

The only characters that been confirmed is..

MARVEL : Spider-Man, Hulk, Wolverine, Captain America, Iron Man,Deadpool,
CAPCOM : Felica, Morrgian,Ryu,Dante, Chris, Chun-li , Trish , Frank west, mephisto.

That’s all i know. But this video says that black-widow is in it

Hm, I don’t think Emma is that well suited to be included in a pure fighting game like this.

Power-wise, ok, but not so much if you want to be true to her comic book character.

The problem in that list is that Storm was confirmed by one of the Capcom guys and she’s not there. It is also lacking a Mega Man but, then again, like I read in some sites, this may be only the characters they have models already.
The biggest problem, though, is Mr. Fantastic: Capcom said that no member of the F4 would be there, because Marvel told them not to. It wouldn’t be the first time that a developer says something will/won’t be there and the game ends with the opposite, though (I’m looking at you, Mortal Kombat!). There’s also Dormammu, who was already revealed and is not there (however, it looks like he’s the final boss, so it’s still possible that he’s not playable)

I wouldn’t rule this list out just yet, though. I’m just telling you people to “hope for the best, but prepare for the worst”. It would be cool to see Emma “being recognized as the current X-Diva” like you said, Luis. She’s been the premier X-Woman of this decade, since it’s marvel who’s picking their side of this game it would be cool if they chose Emma (specially after she was left out of MUA2, despite of the fan demand and her importance).

Even if this list is fake, the developers have said that the roster is not finished yet. Here are some sites I know where we can support Emma:

Yeah it’s a great list, probably Marvel is missing Storm and Rogue and Capcom is missing Jill Valentine and Cammy White, who were incredible on the previous games and also a clasic characters to the franchise, but I’m so happy to see the new aditions like Albert Wesker and our Emma Frost, who finally seems to be recognized as the current X-Diva, so probably I’ll get this game as soon as it’s released ^^

As we know someone extracted the code via Flash coding, from the japanese page of this game and Emma was on the playable characters list. So far the “list” includes:

Marvel: Spider-Man, Hulk, Wolverine, Mr Fantastic, Captain America, Iron Man, War Machine (alternate Iron Man outfit) Elektra, Thor, X-23, Magneto, Dr Doom, Shuma-Gorath, Emma Frost, Deadpool, Super Skrull, Taskmaster, Juggernaut, She-Hulk

Capcom: Ryu, Mike Haggar, Frank West, Chuck (alternate Frank West outfit), Spencer (Bionic Commando), Dante, Chris, Morrigan, Arthur, Amaterasu , Albert Wesker, Zero, Chun-li, Viewtiful Joe, Trish, Tron Bonne, Hsien-Ko, Akuma, Felicia

It would not been so surprising since each time that a new game is announced, some details of it are leaked, remember MUA2? We already knew the complete list of playable characters before the game was released.
