NEW ‘X-Men: First Class’ Photos with Emma and Shaw

Emma Frost (January Jones) discusses matters with an army general, and she and Sebastian Shaw (Kevin Bacon) relax in their decked out submarine in these newly released photos.


Architectural Digest, who provided the photos, analyze the design of the set here.

Unfortunately, they describe Emma as arm candy next to Sebastian Shaw:

A composite set of several rooms was built to serve as the mod submarine of playboy villain Sebastian Shaw, played by Kevin Bacon (with January Jones as arm candy Emma Frost). Abstract artwork, streamlined furniture, and graphic wallpaper inject the necessary dose of ’60s style.

But we all know she is much more than army candy! It looks like she will have some position of power talking to that army general. Could she be performing some of her famous psychic surgery on the poor man?

“X-Men: First Class” arrives in theatres June 3.

    I don’t know wether this is of importance to anyone but theres been a tv advert released here in England with new fotage of emma walking in her diamond form talking to someone, its all above shoulder and its only there for a few seconds but her diamond form looks amazing!

    Wait, wait, I know what you are talking about now. It’s the part where she turns into diamond and is talking to Shaw, but we don’t hear any dialogue.

    It’s up on the site now, i didn’t know wether she was talking to Shaw or not but it’s the one that has the closeup on her face in diamond form and she kind of side steps while speaking to someone, it looks from her expressions like she’s angry but this is all just guess work lol
