Sigourney Weaver was apparently set to play Emma Frost in Bryan Singer’s X-Men 3, but the idea was disbanded because Singer left the X-Men 3 project.

Ashley Hartman was rumored to play Emma Frost in Ratner’s X-Men 3, however, she was only a last minute add on in which the casting was disbanded.

Emma Frost Movie (Rumored)

During mid 2006, Emma Frost was rumored to have her own movie directed by David O. Russel. However, this was during the time when every X-Character was rumored to have his/her own movie, so this is most possibly not the case.

Because two X-spin-off titles, Wolverine and Magneto, are slated to hit the big screen in a couple of years, it is highly unlikely for Emma Frost to get her own movie; also add onto the fact that she’s not a media mainstream character.

Absolutely nothing has been heard about the rumored Emma Frost movie since 2006, and let’s hope it stays this way.
