Other Realities
There are other alternate realities out there, besides Marvel Universe (616) and Ultimate Marvel (1610). In most of these alternative realities, Emma usually not written as a major character but more as a supporting or background character.

Age of Apocalypse
In this reality, Emma Frost has no psychic powers due to a psychic lobotomy she received. However, this saved her from Apocalypse’s massacre of psychic mutants, which is why she was still alive. She was also leader of the High Human Council with members that included Mario Yashida and Brian Braddock. She distrusted these two members because of their anti-mutant views, however, she desperately ordered them into battle against Apocalypse’s force.

Exiles
In this reality, Emma Frost was a crippled mutant and a member of the Avengers, which was the only superhero group that remained. Their mission was to gather all the non-infected superpowered people and fight evil.
In another reality, (Earth-27538), Emma Frost was a member of the Hellfire Club. The Exiles team had to fight the Hellfire Club to prevent reality crashing. Emma Frost sensed the thoughts of the mutant Proteus inside the mind of Morph. She tried to release Proteus, however, Longshot thwarted the plan and threw a dagger straight into Emma’s head. Emma eventually healed, and her survival became important for the fate of that reality.
