Emma Frost has unashamedly admitted she has had plastic surgery on her nose, which was broken in Morrison's New X-Men #118.

Also, when Jean Grey discovered Emma's telepathic affair with Scott, she bashed her way into Emma's mind in which it was revealed Emma had plastic surgery in other places, although, it wasn't directly mentioned:

...I think it's obvious to assume she's had breast enhancement done to her. ;)

As for a little rant, it's realistic Emma has had plastic surgery. With all the unrealistically gorgeous poster models in the Marvel Universe, wouldn't you think all of them have had work done to them?

Well, one of them has and that's Emma because she's "genuine". ;)
